Greetings to all residents of Villages at Grassy Creek Central: We wish to extend a warm welcome to any new owners and residents that have chosen to make Villages at Grassy Creek their new place of residence. We are glad you are here and hope to meet you around the community and at our annual HOA meetings. To our established residents: thank you, as always, for making Villages at Grassy Creek an exceptional neighborhood to reside. We encourage you to join us at our next annual HOA meeting, too.
