CRIME AND SAFETY

There have been several vehicles running stop signs, speeding, and driving recklessly. I'm very concerned that this could cause an accident or even someone being hurt!!  If you see any suspicious activity or someone driving recklessly, try and get their plate number and call the non-emergency line right away at 317.346.6336 . On behalf of the Board, I will do all I can to try to prevent any of these problems happening here in our neighborhood.  I contacted the Greenwood Police Department   last fall, to address these matters of concern. They sent an officer in the neighborhood to patrol for 45 minutes.  During that time, the officer gave five warnings, and one speeding ticket.  The police department has a report on file for this problem, and have patrolled the neighborhood on a regular basis throughout this past winter.  I will be in contact with them soon to patrol a little heavier this summer, due to the increase of children playing outside mo...
